Whilst using the Property, please adhere to the following House Rules:

• You are responsible for the supervision of all members of your party including those under the age of 18 at all times.

• Arrival is after 4pm and departure is before 10am.

• Please respect the local community and keep the noise levels to a minimum, especially between the hours of 11pm and 8am.

• Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is not permitted inside or on the grounds of the Property.

• No visitors are allowed to stay at the Property. If you wish to invite additional visitors during your stay, please contact us.

• Fire risks including candles, firepits, fireworks, lanterns are not permitted at the Property.

• Drones and unmanned vehicles are not to be used on or from our site without permission.

• You are not permitted to use domestic power sockets to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle, including electric bikes and scooters.

• Do not leave the Property unattended while electrical equipment is operating e.g. television, washing machine, hairdryer, oven and/or hob.

• Dogs are not permitted upstairs or on the furniture.

• Dogs must not be left unattended in the Property.

• Dog fouling must be cleared from all grounds and disposed of in the outdoor bin.

• Dog owners will bring the animal’s sleeping and feeding arrangements with them. Linen, towels and kitchen equipment for use of Guests staying in the Property will not be used for a dog.

• Dog bedding, blankets and towels will not be laundered in the washing machine provided for the use of Guests.

• Our refuse collection day is Friday, please put any rubbish in the correct bin if you are staying at the property on a Thursday.

• Please take care to avoid blocking or causing damage to drains or sanitary appliances.
